IQ is in the design phase. Here is the vision; the modular structure will be published as development progresses.

The vision¶

For construction professionals — design offices, general contractors, project owners. IQ aims for the complete financial management of a project, from the project budget to handover, tracked by the building's CFC code.

In continuity with bat-i¶

No additional account — IQ is added by affiliation to an existing bat-id holder. A single project manager combines their roles (bat-id, AIT, IQ).
Same access — login via the bat-id mobile app, desktop opening by QR scan.
Planned surface — desktop (/iq).
