Module 05 · Sharing & transfer of assets

The module handles two distinct operations: the one-off sharing of access to documents, and the full transfer of a parcel's archives. It extends Cloud & documents.

Functions

  • Sharing by access — grants access to a document or a folder without transmitting a copy. The file remains hosted on the original account.
  • Three sharing channels — URL link, QR between bat-id accounts, or ZIP archive. Covers recipients with or without a bat-id account.
  • Recipient rights — read-only or full access, defined when the share is created.
  • Expiry and revocation — each share is temporary and revocable at any time. Deletion or revocation immediately cuts off access.
  • Traceability — lists what has been shared, with whom, and until when.
  • Transfer of a parcel — transfers the entirety of a parcel's archives (documents, monitoring, links) to another account, during a sale or an inheritance. The recipient becomes the holder of the whole.

Details

  • Sharing is an access, never a copy: it disappears if it is deleted or revoked.
  • Transfer is a full and definitive handover, to be distinguished from one-off sharing.
  • No indexable public link: every share goes through a protected access (compliant with nFADP / GDPR).
  • Sharing is accessible from the Cloud menu.
