Module 04 · Cloud & sovereign documents

The module attaches each document to a parcel (and to its building), regardless of where it is stored. Storage relies, at your choice, on the provided space or on an external cloud already in use.

Functions

  • File ↔ parcel link — attaches a document (plan, lease, assessment) to the relevant parcel and building. This is the core function of the module.
  • Provided sovereign cloud — each owner has their own space, hosted on an Infomaniak cloud in Switzerland. Suited to a setup with no pre-existing storage.
  • Connected external cloud — references the files held in Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive, right where they are, with no re-import or second folder tree.
  • Tag-based filing — coloured, multilingual categories to organise and find documents.
  • Supported formats — plans, PDF, photos, spreadsheets.

Details

  • The choice of storage is free: provided sovereign cloud or connected external cloud. The link to the parcel and the sharing remain identical in both cases.
  • kDrive (Infomaniak) is under development as a sovereign cloud connector.
