The module brings together the public information of a parcel in a single record, to avoid consulting several portals. It also receives the geoinformation transmitted by the municipality.

Functions

  • Knowledge record — gathers the information available on a parcel in a single place.
  • Useful municipal links — direct access to the public links and resources published by the municipality.
  • Municipal geoinformation — receives the information transmitted by the municipality when it uses the AIT software.
  • Potential assessment — combines zone, constraints, applicable rules and RDPPF indications to assess what is buildable on a parcel.

Details

  • This module receives the geoinformation and useful links on the holder's side. It is distinct from the AIT software, which equips the municipality.
  • The municipal geoinformation depends on the use of AIT by the municipality concerned.
  • The parcels come from the Cadastral Mapping.
