Module 02 · Land and legal monitoring¶

The module monitors official publications (Official Bulletin) and flags building applications affecting a parcel or an area. Monitoring is set up once and then runs without intervention.
Features¶
- Central monitoring — the single source of alerts. bat-id harvests the Official Bulletin directly, with no canvassing or per-parcel scanning.
- Parcel alert — flags every published building application affecting a registered parcel and, depending on the setting, neighbouring parcels.
- Personal alert zones — place a circle (~75 m) anywhere on the map to monitor an area without owning a parcel there.
- Push & e-mail notification — the alert is sent by push notification (on by default) and by e-mail (optional).
- List and history — displays current and past alerts.
Notes¶
- Monitoring (BO) is fully active in the canton of Valais (VS). Elsewhere, the interface displays "Central monitoring unavailable" (other cantons being activated).
- The alert must be enabled on the relevant parcel, registered in Cadastral mapping.
- Push notification is on by default; e-mail is optional and requires a verified address. Deduplication is done per channel.

Resolution of the initial parcel: available across all 26 cantons with no restriction.
