Access management: affiliating agents and setting their rights, autonomously, without creating accounts.

Functions

  • Affiliation — linking an agent to the municipality using their existing bat-id identity.
  • Roles — the super-administrator manages everything, including agents; the administrator holds only the rights granted to them.
  • Granular rights — access opened or closed per agent and per domain: geoinformation, monitoring & alerts, links, distribution, logo.
  • Traceability — each affiliation records who granted it.
  • Safeguard — a municipality cannot leave itself without any super-administrator.

Details

  • Access management, not a module.
  • Affiliation applies to an already existing bat-id holder (searched by e-mail or phone); no account is created. A person who is not registered first signs up via the bat-id mobile application.
  • Granting and revoking the super-administrator role are reserved for the publisher, who initiates the municipality's first access.
