Module 07 · Municipal workspaces

Planned Delivery and implementation with IQ — phase 1

The module makes it possible to create workspaces for each municipal department (police, security, public works), with roles and permissions, based on each agent's bat-id root identity.

Features

  • Workspaces per department — a separate workspace for each department, each with its own scope.
  • Roles — distinction between lead, contributor and viewer.
  • Granular permissions — open or closed access per agent and per domain: geoinformation, monitoring & alerts, links, distribution, logo.
  • bat-id root identity — each agent uses their existing bat-id identity, with no additional account.
  • Collaboration — multiple agents within the same municipality, each within their own scope.
  • Traceability — every access records who granted it.

  • Municipal variant of bat-id's module 07, adapted to the multi-department B2G context.
  • Affiliation applies to an already existing bat-id holder; fine-grained access management is handled by the Administrators.
