Module 02 · Territorial monitoring & alerts¶
Live
The module makes it possible to define monitoring zones across the municipal territory, to attach to each one the official building applications that concern it, and to broadcast these alerts to the public.
Features¶
- Alert zones — circles from 150 to 1000 m, municipal perimeter extended by a 500 m margin, or the entire municipality.
- Priorities — three levels (prio1 / prio2 / prio3) to rank the sectors.
- Parcel discovery — each zone identifies the parcels it contains via the official cadastral sources.
- Alert matching — each building application in the Official Bulletin is associated with the relevant zone and sorted by priority.
- Internal tracking — counters, details of each notice (date, section, source, parcels, official PDF), map of the affected parcels.
- In-app notification — a bubble in the AIT bar (bell + badge) flags the municipality's new notices.
- Public broadcast via embed — up-to-date list of the municipality's alerts, embeddable on the website via iframe.
Notes¶
- Alerts come from the central monitoring of the Official Bulletin, a single source; no parcel-by-parcel scan. The canton of Valais is today the only one with fully active monitoring; activation is continuing in the other cantons.
- On the municipality side, alerts go through neither e-mail nor push: they are viewed online, flagged by the in-app bubble.
- The public embed lists the alerts; it exposes neither the zones nor any internal data.
